7. Regulatory bodies of the Organization
7.1. The governing bodies of the Organization are the General Meeting and the Board of the Organization. Supervisory Body is the Audit Committee
8. General Meeting of the Organization 8.1. The highest governing body is the General Meeting of its members (hereinafter - the General Meeting), which may be regular or extraordinary. 8.2. Regular General Meeting. 8.2.1. The Regular General Meeting is convened by the Board every three years. 8.3. Extraordinary General Meeting. 8.3.1. Extraordinary General Meeting shall be convened by the Board of the Organization in the following cases: 8.3.1.1. at the written request of the Audit Committee; 8.3.1.2. at the written request of 30% of the members of the Organization; 8.3.1.3. on the initiative of the President of the Organization (the Board); 8.3.1.4. in any other case, if the interests of the Organization require it.
8.4. Members are notified of the convening and holding of the General Meeting not later than twenty days prior to the day on which the General Meeting is appointed, and of holding of an extraordinary General Meeting not later than ten days before the day on which the extraordinary General Meeting is appointed. 8.5. The Board forms the agenda of the General Meeting. 8.6. The General Meeting is recognized as competent to consider matters on the agenda and to make decisions if the meeting is attended by more than 60% of the Members of the Organization. Decisions are taken by simple majority of those present, unless otherwise provided by the charter. 8.6.1. The General Meeting is held by the President who is elected at the General Meeting. 8.6.2. Issues being considered by the General Meeting and its decisions shall be entered in the record maintained by the Secretary. 8.7. The exclusive competence of the General Meeting include the following issues: 8.7.1. approval of the Charter of the Organization, entry of changes and amendments thereto; 8.7.2. election of the President, Vice-President of the Organization and of the Audit Committee for a term of three years and re-election; 8.7.3. definition of the main activities of the Organization; 8.7.4. exercise of the right of ownership of money and property; 8.7.5. approval of the organizational structure of the Organization; 8.7.6. decision on the termination of the activity of the Organization; 8.8. The General Meeting is empowered to resolve any other issues within the competence of the other regulatory bodies of the Organization. 8.9. Each member of the Organization shall have one vote at the General Meeting. 8.10. The order of voting (secret or open voting) at the General Meeting in respect of each agenda item is defined at the General meeting itself.
