4. The rights and obligations of the members of the Organization

4.1. Members of the Organization enjoy rights and bear responsibilities established by law and this Charter, since the day of the adoption by the Board of the Organization of the decision on their acceptance into the Organization. The Founders are members of the Organization.

4.2. Members are entitled to:

4.2.1. elect and be elected to the Board of the Organization;

4.2.2. to be personally involved in the administration of the Organization according to the procedure established by the Charter;

4.2.3. make proposals to the agenda of the General Meeting in the manner prescribed by this Charter;

4.2.4. submit proposals to the Board of the Organization on the activities of the Organization on matters within the competence of the Board;

4.2.5. receive the information about the activities of the Organization;

4.2.6. participate in events organized by the Organization;

4.2.7. upon the decision of the Board of the Organization, if necessary, be assisted by the Organization, to the extent not inconsistent with applicable law.

4.3. The Members of the Organization are obliged to:

4.3.1. comply with the Charter of the Organization and carry out the decisions of the governing bodies of the Organization;

4.3.2. fulsome contribute to the Organization in its activities;

4.3.3. to pay membership fees.

4.4. In the event of a secession of a member of the Organization from it, assets or funds deposited by him for the organization of statutory activities, including those in the form of membership fees will not be returned.

4.5. Members of the Organization may also have other rights and carry out obligations as defined by applicable law.
