11. The Audit Committee

11.1. The Audit Committee is elected by the General Meeting of the Organization from the membership of the Organization in an amount not less than three persons for a period of three years. The members of the Audit Committee may not be members of the Board, but have the right to be present at all its meetings.

11.2. The Audit Committee submits audit reports and findings of the annual report for approval by the Board and general meeting of the Organization.

11.3. The duties of the Audit Committee include:

11.3.1. control over the activities of the Organization;

11.3.2. supervision and control over the implementation of resolutions of the General assembly of the Organization and the Board of the Organization.

11.4. The Audit Committee has the right to convene an extraordinary meeting of the Board or General meeting of the Organization.

11.5. The Audit Committee submits annual reports on the work of the Organization to the General Assembly of the Organization.

11.6. Chairman of the Audit Committee shall be elected from its members for 3 years at the first meeting of the Audit Committee.

11.7. Chairman of the Audit Committee:

11.7.1. convenes meetings of the Audit Committee, conducts these meetings;

11.7.2. assigns routine annual inspection, supervises the preparation of annual and three-year reports;

11.7.3. does requests to officials and to the members of the Association;

11.7.4. appoints spot checks of the activity of the Organization.
