3. Conditions and procedure for admission to membership of the Organization and secession from it.

3.1. Members of the Organization may be individuals who have attained the age of 18, including employees of family-type children's houses, members of foster families and of families who have put in ward or adopted orphans and children deprived of parental care, individuals and organizations involved in any form of care for orphans and children deprived of parental care and other persons who profess universal moral and spiritual values ​​and interests and those who share the interests of the Organization and acknowledge this Statute.

3.2. Persons wishing to join the Organization shall submit an application for membership in the Organization to the Board of the Organization.

3.3. Application for admission to the Organization is considered by the Board within one month from the date of submission of all required documents. The decision of the Board about admission to the Organization shall be notified to the applicant.

3.4. Secession from the Organization shall be effected by voluntary withdrawal from the Organization or expulsion from it.

3.5. A member of the Organization may withdraw from it by submitting a written statement to the Board .

3.6. A Member may be expelled from the Organization by the Board in the following cases:

3.6.1. Failure to comply with obligations imposed on the Member of the Organization by the Charter;

3.6.2. Without cause evasion from enforcement of decisions of the General Meeting, the Board of the Organization.

3.7. The Organization shall establish an institute of supporters (philanthropists). Proponents (philanthropists) of the Organization are domestic and foreign legal and natural persons who have made a significant contribution to strengthening the interests of children of Ukraine, support individual projects and programs of the Organization by means of political and organizational support or of donating money for their implementation.

3.8. Acceptance of supporters (philanthropists) of the Organization and assignment of appropriate rank is held by a decision of the Board by virtue of the corresponding submissions of the President of the Organization .

3.9. Members and supporters (philanthropists) of the Organization receive applicable temporary and permanent certificates.
