1. Terms

1.1. All-Ukrainian non-governmental organization "Association - My Family" (further the Organization) is an all-Ukrainian non-governmental organization that was established under the Law of Ukraine "On Public Associations".

1.2. The Organization operates in accordance with the Constitution of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On Public Associations" and other laws and statutory instruments of Ukraine and international treaties of Ukraine ratified by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, and with this Charter.

1.3. Name of the non-governmental organization:
The full name of the Organization in Ukrainian: All-Ukrainian non-governmental organization "Association - My Family";
Acronym of the Organization: All-Ukrainian NGO "Association - My Family";

1.4. The Organization Location : Lviv, vul. Hrinchenko 1, Apt. 76.

1.5. The organization is a legal entity from the moment of its state registration in the prescribed manner, has an all-Ukrainian status, and operates in Ukraine under the laws of Ukraine and this Statute.

1.6. The organization is a nonprofit non-governmental organization, has its own seal, letterhead, stamps, bank accounts, examples of which are approved by the Board of the Organization.

1.7. The organization has symbols approved by the Board. The symbolism is registered under the laws of Ukraine.
