12. Local offices 12.1. The Organization can have local offices in regions of Ukraine, in the cities of Kyiv and Sevastopil, and also in the Autonomous republic of Crimea. 12.2. Local offices are established by the decision of the Board. 12.3. The work of the local offices is governed by this Charter and their own Provisions, accepted by their supreme governing bodies and approved by the Board. 12.6. In order to become incorporated local offices they must be registered according to the procedure established by the legislation of Ukraine. Offices which are not legal entities legalize their activities by notification of the establishment. |
